On December 6, 2023, was held the reporting meeting of the Scientific and Methodological Council of the Center for Strategic Research under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan. The meeting was opened by Deputy Director of the Center for Strategic Research under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Chairman of the Scientific and Methodological Council of the Center, Doctor of Political Science, Professor Parviz Muhammadzoda.
According to the agenda, the following issues were discussed at the meeting:
- Report on the results of research activities of the departments of the Center for Strategic Research under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan in 2023.
- Plan of research activities of the Center’s departments for 2024.
- The working plan of the Center’s activities taking into account the Addresses of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan for 2024.
Then presented a report and gave satisfactory answers to the questions of the audience head of the Department of analysis of regional security issues, candidate of historical sciences, Sharifzoda Saidhomid, on the topic of scientific and research work of the Department: «Identification and forecasting of internal and external challenges to national and regional security in modern times», head of the Department of Analysis of Social Issues, Doctor of Philosophy, Professor Abdurahmon Qurbonov on the topic of scientific and research work of the Department: «The role of social security in ensuring the sustainable development of the Tajik society», head of the Department of Analysis and Forecasting of Internal Policy, Saidahtam Talbakov, on the topic of scientific and research work of the Department: «Technology of maintaining political stability and protecting the national interests of the Republic of Tajikistan», head of the Department of Analysis of Sectoral Issues, Oraz Murtazoev on the topic of scientific and research work of the Department: «Formation and development of the agro-industrial complex as an integral part of the industrialization of the economy of the Republic of Tajikistan», head of the Department of Analysis of Macroeconomic Issues, Rustamjoni Saidulloi Quzratzoda, on the topic of the scientific and research work of the Department: «Puzzles related to ensuring the economic security of the Republic of Tajikistan in the conditions of the market economy», head of the Department of Analysis and Forecasting of Foreign Policy, Maruf Abdujabborov, on the topic of the scientific and research work of the Department: «Field priorities of the foreign policy of the Republic of Tajikistan in the new stage of the development of national statehood», head of the Department of Analysis of Entrepreneurship Issues and Development of the Private Sector Amin Odinaev, on the topic of scientific and research work of the Department: «Issues of tax incentives in the development of innovative entrepreneurship», and head of the Department of Information Supply, Zubaidullo Davlatov gave a brief report on the annual activities of the Department. About the scientific and research work of each departments of the Center, reviews of external experts were presented to the audience.
At the meeting, it was emphasized that information reports from seminars, conferences, round tables and other scientific events of the Center were widely covered in the state mass media and virtual space, and news of their holding was posted on the website of the Center timely. At the same time, the employees of the Center participated in conferences, seminars, clubs, national and international round tables, and gave speeches with scientific reports.
Among the importance and value of the research work carried out by the above-mentioned departments, the negotiators noted shortcomings and made useful recommendations for promoting action. The members of the Scientific and Methodological Council of the Center expressed useful opinions about the scientific and research activities of the Center in 2023. At the same time, the Scientific and Methodological Council discussed the plan of the Center’s scientific and research work for 2024.
The meeting of the Scientific and Methodological Council of the Center was summarized and concluded by the deputy director of the Center for Strategic Research under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Chairman of the Scientific and Methodological Council of the Center Parviz Muhammadzoda.
